Man that sucks, though if there are not 25 people apply, we can forgive the 3% and award you 1 sbi, time will tell on this one my friend.
use @dustsweeper Send them 0.5steem up and they will vote up all your comments automatically to anove the dust threshold :-)

I find the dust sweeper to be a scheme. Why should I pay someone to then pay me back? Seems odd to me.
