Competition Decryption - Decrypt an unknown message to Win STEEM
This is going to be a pretty fun competition and I hope everyone takes part in it. As part of this series, I will post one encrypted message every day and the first person to correctly decrypt the message will win all STEEM proceeds from this post.

Well, If nobody manages to answer it then I will release the answer.
I'm not sure many people saw it out of that I'm not sure how many have any idea how to start even, I'm sure I need to learn a lot more, so far this doesn't look like an address and that's all i know for bitcoins :D
