Computer Eyestrain. What overhead lighting do you guys use?

Just curious as to what lighting you guys use to avoid eyestrain on the computer.

I tried some computer glasses and using flux program and I think they help, but fed up of feeling tired when on the computer. I do take breaks, but a think a lighting change may help.
