So there was a boy named Shakib in a village, he had a senior at work, this senior would find fault with his every work. So Shakib would get very angry and upset because of this finding of fault. But Shakib would not say anything to him, because he was his senior brother. So one day his senior brother told him, listen Shakib, I find fault with you because of this, so that you can correct this fault of yours and do it properly. And I find fault with you, it is not just a matter of upset, this fault is a lesson for you.

So the lesson here is that a person's mistake is not a matter of upset and it is the duty of every human being to correct the fault. Mistakes are a lesson for a person.
