Was thinking of building shelves and desks and what not. Measured things. Looked around in the house and in sheds and garages. Organized in the book shed for hours. Lunch: 04:35 PM. Slight headache. Dinner: 06:24 PM. Nap around 07:00 PM for like 90 minutes. My headache and like slight ear infection or whatever was getting worse. Ate some food that evening starting around like 08:30 PM. Food log: Breakfast: coffee, corn flakes with milk and strawberries, 10:20 AM. Lunch: yogurt with sugar and strawberries, 04:35 PM. Dinner: green beans from the large instant pot with tomatoes and chili from a can dated January 2023 and used the new can opener machine which opened it from the side, 06:24 PM. Slice of cheese which was really good, butter cup thing, some bites from 2 of the bags of chips out there with one being cheese flavor, tea, 08:30 PM.
