La confianza de uno mismo es vital, no hay mayor seguridad ni confianza que la que te aportas a ti mismo . Piensa ¿ cuantas oportunidades has dejado pasar? ¿Cuantos caminos has dejado de recorrer? ¿Cuantos amores has dejado ir? Solo por tener miedo y dudas de ti mismo, por eso muchas veces sufrimos en vez de vivir la vida al máximo queriéndonos como somos sin cambiar ningún defecto, ya que nadie en el mundo es perfecto, solo personas que se aman tal y como son.

Si no eres consciente de que puedes aprender a creer en ti, no lo conseguirás. ¿Empezarías a bailar si no estuvieras convencido de que puedes aprender y lograrlo? La confianza en uno mismo se puede aprender.
