BITF $ consider selling the available energized power first!!

Why not contract out the 341 MW energized power for $11 Bil at current margins?

Or partial, 250 MW energized gives $7 Bil

THEN develop in phases the 2 GW that can provide $60 Bil at higher margins!!

Why so hard?
