The Mandela Effect

I used to make videos about the phenomenon called by some people "the Mandela Effect". It is when the historical record differs from the memory many people have. For instance Darth Vader never said "Luke I am your father" in Empire Strikes Back. Here is what he said:

Everyone remembers it wrong. Why does everyone remember Captain Kirk saying "Beam me up Scotty" when he never once said that? Why does everyone remember Tattoo on Fantasy Island saying "The plane Boss, the Plane!" because he never said it either? I can understand misremembering, but mass misremembering?

Some of these are really weird. Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes. Remember that? Who showed up at your house with a giant Million dollar check? Did you say Ed McMahon, Johnny Carson's sidekick? Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, the twins in Alice in Wonderland? Were they wearing hats? Did you remember them wearing Propeller hats? Well they never did in the book, the cartoon, at Disneyland. But search for costumes of them and they all have the propeller hats.

After youtube decided this subject would fall under the umbrella of "conspiracy videos" and stopped monetizing my videos I kind of stopped paying attention, but there are thousands. I thought I might still be able use these vids here rather than than just let them fade away on youtube.
