Call To File Complaint Against Thurman Merman Of Kootenai Co Sheriff- Playing Hardball?? Ep 1

Attempting to file a complaint against our friend Thurman Merman (aka nathan nelson) of the Kootenai County Sheriff Department. First phone call (this is the method they tell you to file a complaint) I feel like I was somewhat given the run around and told to call back on the admin line (option 9) to talk to someone who was handling this issue {or me personally}, after waiting all day for a call back I decided to release this for you to decide and provide feedback. If anyone has prior experience with this type of thing where you live, sound off and provide feedback, the local police dept are extremely courteous at their office and do not play games with the public.
