Unskilled women workers in construction industry

Construction work is increasing day by day after the earthquake, in 2072 B.S. At present 7% of the worker, employed in construction are women. Women's workers are involving in the works due to poverty, drinking alcohol by their husband, and family problems. Most of the women are Tamang caste and they are aged between 30 to 40 years there is much discrimination between male and female, workers male get more wage then female. Due to lack of education, much of the women are involved in the construction industry.

Most of the people were engaging in construction industry forgetting money. Women workers are equally employed in this sector especially in the unskilled category for manual works.
