The role of Witnesses in blockchain cannot be over-emphasized. They handle the servers and are experts in cryptocurrency. They are the ones setting
mimimum SP deposits for account creation. They also validate signatures and timestamp transactions by including them in block.Witnesses feed the community on the current price of steem tokens.
They help in curation of steemians post
