Also.. I agree! The bonus prize helps put things into perspective a lot and the work is high quality work that I think deserves more recognition and attention. Hopefully in time we do that even if it doesn't happen during this quest. And he's been working hard, so I think he'll get noticed by some higher ups before too long if he keeps at it!
