Within the past couple weeks, I've reached over 500 followers!! What a milestone! I have not yet tried to make a contest, but I think it is about time to give back a little that I can in appreciation of my loyal followers. Without you all, I would not be as inspired to write what I do. So first of all, THANK YOU!!!

I have been trying to come up with an original idea for a contest. It is pretty difficult because I want the community to get involved with each other and be able to vote on what they would like to participate in. Therefore, I would like my followers to tell me what kind of a contest they would like to participate in!

So here it is! Please make a proposal idea for a contest you would like to participate in on your OWN post, and share the link in the comments below to enter. Be sure to include the proper tags listed in the rules below so I do not miss the entry. This contest idea proposal should be one you want to see hosted by me. The main idea is a contest with one ultimate winner of a total of 5 SBD. Try to keep in mind this needs to be reasonable and well thought through, because I am only one person, after all. [Detailed, but not a novel...please get straight to the point with sufficient details]. The best 3 proposals entered in the comments below will be chosen by the highest number of upvotes here in this post. It will not be based on the number of upvotes the actual post receives, but the number of upvotes here! THAT'S RIGHT YOU ALL ARE PARTICIPATING TO BE JUDGES TO HAVE THE CONTEST YOU WANT TO SEE NEXT TO WIN MORE!!! So there is incentive! One-liner proposals or those without much detail will be DISQUALIFIED or NOT considered. Creativity is a big factor, so you could even come up with your own imagery or include what you would like to see as well.

I will then be choosing from those top 3 highest voted proposals. Therefore next Wednesday, I will award the ultimate #1 winner with 2 SBD. If no one's comments are voted on, I will be the judge of which entries will be the top 3 to choose from. Therefore, it would be good if you guys participate in choosing what kind of a contest you want by upvoting those with good ideas! If you don't like this or find this unfair, then don't feel obligated to enter. This is STRICTLY for fun, with a small reward involved to try to help this community grow with more quality and to show my appreciation.

The winning contest proposal will be created and implemented once I am able to give away a total of 5 SBD for that contest. [I have been saving a bit of my SBD for this reason]. If anyone would like to add to this prize pool, please let me know and we can arrange a way to have a bigger prize, and it depends on how detailed or intricate the contest chosen is, there may be a chance for more than one winner if there are additional sponsors. Final details will come after the winner is chosen, and if there are no additional sponsors the minimum grand prize of 5 SBD will be guaranteed for the next chosen contest winner. If anyone wants to add to the next prize pool, perhaps outline whether you'd like to see a huge grand prize or some of the SBD could go to the contestant who came up with the initial contest proposal. Let me know in the comments below. That person who wins this contest will be recognized in the upcoming contest as well. Please spend some time on an idea, because the quality is going to be a grading point for me. THEREFORE, BE CREATIVE & HAVE FUN!!! I wish you all success, and I hope many enter!

Deadline & Other Details:

• The proposal must be submitted in the comments by December 31st, 2017, 23:59 UTC. Realize the sooner it is submitted, the more chances you have of winning due to an increased amount of exposure and upvotes. I am allowing entries throughout the week in case there are not enough qualifying entries or upvotes.
• The final tally on upvotes will be taken on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018 and will be announced in another post with more details to come on the selected contest proposal.
• The initial winner of the top 3 highest voted on ideas will be awarded 2 SBD by Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018.
