This was in Cambodia at Khéma. It’s a resto that offers only breakfast and brunch. But i think if you’re in Manila you could try at Resorts World Manila coz they have a perfect breakfast also for the record haha
Oh thank you for the info. You're rigth they have great foods, but maybe i should plan my budget again for that. Hahaha!
