Teamwork beats creativity and two is better than one. Teamwork has more chances of success because it has more hands that works and more brains that contribute it's success. Creativity is a good trait and a lot of people appreciates on it. However its nice to work with people you can call a team where you can count on than bearing the pressure on work alone.
