@spectrumecons, could you double-check the numbers in the 3rd row of puzzle #3? I'm thinking that there is an inaccuracy in there...

Well spotted @doughtaker. There was an inaccuracy in the 3rd row. I have updated the puzzle. I hope it makes more sense now.
