RE: I Can’t Believe Anything They Say.......

Beautiful tattoo! Well done artist and well done to you for putting up with the pain!

I like to watch a lot of oceanic documentaries and the last one I watched had the Man O' War jelly. Very interesting creature, works great with the other top of the line predators on your arm.

I only have tattoos on my forearms, nothing on the outside... yet...

My husband is undergoing some work on his upper arm, has 3 elements. He said the ghoul was feeling a bit tough but the werewolf was something else and his body was moving on its own. And he only has the outline done. I will share a pic after.

You know the fine debate where people say the outline hurts more than the filling or its the filling that hurts more? For all of my tattoos, it was the filling that hurt the most. The outline was a breeze. But then when it came to my back. It was something else. Everything hurt. But then the lower back... oh man.... the horse on the left that is fully finished, all that color and detail. hoooo mama eggs and toast! LOL for some points the outlined hurt more. I never experienced it like you but I can say that I get pretty spanking hungry after the session.

The pain we go through for some beautiful art, eh? And then, we do it again ^_^

Yeah... that's all i got for pics... it's his bathroom not mine. Don't mind the surroundings lol I firgured if he posted on fb... well.. it's up for grabs XD

I was thinking about the one on your back that you said is a tribute to your mother. I would like to see that if you are willing to share it. My husband has one for his dad as well. It was his first tattoo actually, will be 5 yrs he's gone in November. He never got to meet our last child, Frankie.

I’m going to respond to both of your comments here. Check me out being all resourceful with my cresourse redits.. resource credits, whatever they’re called. 👍🏿

Thank you so much! I’m really glad you liked this article, foxy, thank you for inspiring me. I just barely learned of this contest yesterday and was immediately draw to enter it—great idea, mama eggs and toast! 😉

I agree with the shading being much more intense than the outline. My opinion there’s a couple of factors. Outline is the start and, to me, it takes about an hour to start hurting. Well.. most outlines are done by then. But the shading, the 8-24 needle bundle in the machine packing in layer after layer of ink, then wiping the blood away, re-lubing it just to get drilled again. Yeah whatever, I’m a sissy then, it frikkin hurts!

God bless Danny’s dad. Eh, that’s the inside of his elbow, yeah? Oh mmaaannnnn!! Danny’s dad, what was his trade? A hard hat and boots, I’m assuming he had a specific trade. I could guess a miner with the light on his hard hat but I had a light on mine many times, too, I’m not a miner. Very nice tattoo, Danny! <—see he gets that, Por favor. It looks like a whole bunch of ouch. In my opinion, his dad knows Frankie. 😉

Oh man, yes, my whole entire back from my waist to just above my shirt line on my neck. 30 +/- hours.. ouch! I’d love to show you, too, maybe I’ll come show you on discord and then eventually work my way up to showing the community. It’s a big one! It would take so long to guide you through it, I think it would require a long post, each line has and dot has purpose. “Baby steps.” April, this year, she will have been gone 6 years, she’s the only parent I ever met. RIP Sheila Jo.

Happy Wednesday, foxy! Thank you for initiating this contest. We all know how difficult it is to talk about ourselves.

The tattoo is inside his elbow area/forearm. His dad was a miner but also a great gardener. The boot is the same boot at his cottage where he would grow flowers in, had moss on it and everything. The flowers are one of the types he grow and they bloomed beautifully. One of Danny's favorites. The boot lace has a fishing lure at the end as Danny has a lot of memories fishing with his dad when he was young. A lot of memories put it in. Even the writing 'Have a nice life' was something he always said. I remember the first time he told me that, I found it so weird as I was just stepping outside and told me that and I thought, I'm not taking off and leaving permanently. Why is he telling me that? But I grew to find out it was something he just said.

RIP to both these beautiful people, your mom and Danny's dad. Peaceful times are what they deserve :)

Happy wednesday to you as well! xx

What a great visual!

Eh, did you click on your Tattoo Shop/Contest on my page? For some reason, when I click on the one I linked, it brings me back to my own page. Weird, huh? Does it do that when you click it?

But the link I attached here works! Odd.

edit I fixed it. For some reason when I wanted the link to be the title of your post, it routed us back to my article, strange. But I named it “this” and now it works.

That's really weird. But glad yo fixed it. Small Steemit glitch?
