My idea was that since the blind date was already in the context, I could get away with not mentioning it. After all I have only 2 sentences. If I said that it started with a date, the sentences would have been less engaging.
Here is the story with blind date theme:
Hellen was panting and running with bare feet and no clothes, while the assassin was still on the balcony, aiming his gun at her back.
This stupid blind date was definitely her husband's doing...
Thanks for changing it. The sentences can be much longer so you don't feel limited, as long as you only write two sentences. I'll add your entry to the list above.
I can make a sentence of 3000 words too, but it wouldn't roll on the tongue, would it?
If one is telling a story, he has to make it nice to the ear and leave some details to the imagination.
It's all speculative interpretation and preference. Either way, a masterpiece can be found in either form you choose to write. Thanks for participating, good entry
