Water problems are not fun. We had to have our main water in pipe replaced after it broke one winter causing the yard to feel like a waterbed.
After the grass had regrown from that, a large amount of snow melted and the rest of the snow allowed it to flood under our house so we got the foundation redone and the yard re-sloped.
Tons of fun.
