Wonderful contest @manuelhooks...I love to brainstorm and this is the kind of contest i love to attempt. I will give an attempt to decipher it in the next 48 hours, Await my post soon.
I have gotten the first part of the message...the second part is tough though but i have gotten 10 letters so far.
