Do you have any suggestions regarding the flavour? I don't know why it turned bitter and am trying to avoid the same happening again.

    Interesting. Maybe it needs from the start to remove the inner skin (partitions)

      Hmmm.... that seems worth exploring some more, I just hate to think how long it would take if I tried it with another 3kg of fruit! Maybe my next test batch should be a bit smaller....
