Great post. It’s a very hard topic to talk about and it takes a lot to be able to talk about personal experiences with it.
Coping can be so powerful if we find the right way four ourselves.
Thank you. Over the years I have found several ways that can help with the various ailments I have. Different symptoms require different coping methods. Coming to understand what I was living was the key to figuring out what I needed and when.
