That setting does not limit your account to 3 votes from you total, it limits your account from up voting any one member from getting more than 3 votes per week from you. So Sally who has this setting on can never give John more than 3 votes per week due to shadowbot. Sally will still vote other members.

it is each member getting 6 not 3 like the setting madstacks got 7

You can go make a fake email using tor and sign up for our support if you wish to remain anon... IF you wish to help us resolve this issue the support ticket system really is of use since we can document, date , time, when, where, who, and what happened... if you refuse to use our support system then we will assist you as best of our ability here publicly.
