Aw thank you! I'm sure your contest will draw a lot of interest, as whenever we've had vegan themes everyone seems to get really excited! Must be lotsa vegans on Steemit :-)
I think that in the culinary world vegans are pressed to be more creative and learn to cook for themselves as they have limited options especially as their dietary restrictions increase. I know for me it's awful ordering in a restaurant. Maybe I find organic but then I have to tell them no meat, no dairy, no gluten, no sugar or I'll find vegan and then have to say no sugar, no gluten... It's a mess out there haha so I know for me that's what got me into this so much! I hope you're right and we can continue to push this! I'm excited to hear this week's theme for SCC PS! <3
