Pandan Cheese Snow Ball Cookies
Ingredients
125 grams Castor Sugar
3 Eggs Yolk
400 grams Flour
100 grams Cornstarch
100 grams Cheddar, grated
50 grams Milk Powder
1 teaspoon Pandan Essence
250 grams Icing Sugar
Making Steps
In mediun bowl sieved flour, cornstarch and milk powder, set aside
Beat in mediun speed butter, castor sugar and eggs yolk about 5 minute till all ingredients blend well, add in pandan essence and cheddar
Insert flour mixture in to batter and blend well just using the spatula
Prepare grease baking sheet line with baking paper
Spoon the dough and make balls, arrange the balls on baking sheet and bake about 20-25 minutes till harden, off the heat and cooling down
When balls are warm, roll over in icing sugar and make sure they covered by icing
When cookies already cool, imedietly transfer them into tight jar.
