How to do chocolate cookies

Today you prepare cookies with chocolate cover and nuts and a cream of vanilla.
Ingredients of the chocolate chip recipe with vanilla cream:
- For 16 units:
50 g of chocolate coating
50 g of nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
1 egg
50 g butter
85 g flour
50 g of whole grains - For the vanilla cream:
1 egg yolk
30 g of sugar
100 ml whole milk
1 vanilla pod
Preparation of the chocolate chip recipe with vanilla cream:
Peel the egg and incorporate it in a bowl with the integral sugar. Beat with the blender and add the butter. Mix well and add the flour and chocolate coating. Remove, chop the very fine nuts with a knife (nuts, almonds and hazelnuts), incorporate them and mix everything with a spatula until making a compact mass of chocolate.
Make balls with the mass of chocolate (16) and place them in a tray suitable for the oven covered with paper of oven. For the balls to be shaped like a cookie, place on them another paper of oven and crush with the hand. Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes and remove.
To make the vanilla cream, heat the milk in a saucepan (reserve a little in a bowl) with the sugar. Open the vanilla pod, remove the seeds and add them to the saucepan along with the two halves of the vanilla pod. Add the egg yolk to the reserved milk in the bowl. Pour the vanilla-flavored milk into this bowl, mix and add the cream back to the saucepan. Remove with a stick, simmer and reserve.
Serve the cookies on the plate and accompany with the vanilla cream incorporated in two copitas. Garnish the cream with the vanilla pod split in two.
