How to make miami´s hamburguer
Ingredients (2 people):
2 hamburger buns
200 g of minced meat
4 thin slices of bacon
1 banana
1 clove garlic
1 piece of breadcrumbs soaked in milk
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
chopped parsley
For the guacamole:
1 avocado
1 tomato
1 scallion
1 chile
1/2 lemon
olive oil
Salt
chopped cilantro
For the spicy tomato sauce:
1 green onion with green part
1 tomato
3 red chilies
1 clove garlic
Water
olive oil
Salt
coriander
Making the Hamburger Recipe Miami:
For the spicy tomato sauce, roast the chive tails and the tomato split in half. Add the chiles and a garlic. Let them simmer slightly and add a few leaves of cilantro and salt.
Pass everything to the mixer. Pour some water and mash. Transfer to a frying pan and let it suffice slightly.
For the guacamole, chop the onion and put it in a bowl. Add the tomato and a chile, all chopped. Add the chopped avocado, a few drops of lemon juice, cilantro, olive oil and salt. Squeeze well with the spoon while mixing.

Pepper the meat. Add chopped garlic, parsley, an egg and bread soaked in milk. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
