LEMON PANCAKES WITH RICOTTES
Ingredients:
75 gr of flour
¼ tsp. soda
½ tsp. baking powder
50 ml of milk
egg
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
50 grams of ricotta cheese
a peel of one lemon
freshly squeezed juice of one lemon
Cooking time - 20 minutes.
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda and sugar. In the other - an egg, ricotta, milk, lemon juice and zest. Egg mixture add to the dry ingredients and stir to a uniform texture, whisk or just a fork. The dough turns out rather thick.
Bake in a well-heated frying pan, lightly oiled for about one minute on each side. Of this amount of test, about 10 punkakes are obtained.
Note:
Pancakes can not be turned until large bubbles begin to appear on the surface. As soon as you see them - the pancakes inside are well gassed.
