Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to share a recipe with you. I feel very happy to be part of today's contest. My creativity is increasing a lot due to making new recipes. Thank you all very much for organizing such contests every week.

🖌️ Ingredients 🖌️

Flour, sugar, oil, semolina, milk powder, sprinkles, whipped cream.

step 1 :

In the first step, I took a clean bowl. Now I mixed half a cup of oil and powdered sugar. Then I mixed the semolina, baking powder, powdered milk and flour well with my hands.

step 2 :

In this step, I rolled out the dough using a bread rolling pin and cut the rolled dough into rounds and love shapes.

step 3 :

Then I put the biscuits that were cut to size in a pan in the oven and put a lid on them. After 20 minutes, I opened the lid of the pan and saw that the biscuits were done. And then I took the biscuits out and cooled them for a while. Then I put them in a box and put a lid on them and left them for a while. Then I took some tropical whipped cream and beat them. I kept them light and soft.

I kept the whipped creams in the fridge for a while. Then I took them out of the fridge and took some of the creams in a separate bowl and mixed some of them with light pink color and left some of the creams white. Then I first put the white cream in a bag and decorated it with some flowers on top of the biscuits.

step 5 :

In this way, I decorated all the biscuits with cream. I made some light designs and decorated them. Then I put some sugar balls on top of the biscuits. The sugar balls make the biscuits look even better.

When segment was the most difficult and took you the longest? Can you give an approximate time?

It took me a while to make these biscuits. Because I have never made biscuits before. Since they are new, it took me a while to make these biscuits. However, when I made the dough for these biscuits, it did not take much time. I made this dough with just a few ingredients. But when I went to cut them into different shapes, it took me a little longer. Because after cutting these doughs once, the extra pieces that remain have to be cut again. In this way, I cut these biscuits like this three to four times. The most time I took was when cutting these biscuits. But when I put these biscuits in the oven, it still took a long time. Again, when I decorated these biscuits cream, it did not take much time. In total, I think it took me an hour to make these biscuits.

How did you feel while decorating the cookies? Did you feel creative, or did you have any limitations?

I have made cakes many times and decorated them beautifully with cake cream. So I did not face any difficulty while decorating the biscuits. I decorated them very easily and quickly. I really enjoyed decorating biscuits. I made designs on the biscuits with cream according to my own taste.

Do you consider decorated cookies to be an essential snack on a dessert table?

Since these are beautifully decorated, they can be presented on the dessert table. Decorating the biscuits with cream has increased their beauty even more. These cookies can be served on the dessert table of various events. Especially if these cookies are served on the table in the evening of the wedding, then everyone's eyes will fall on them. Especially children like these designed things. Children really like to eat these sweets. These sweets are also very good for me.
