Cooking-Lesson No. 12 "Sauteed Cucumber, Fried tofu and Sausage with Sweet Oyster Sauce"

Hello everyone!

I'm very happy because today I finished to cook my very own and brand new recipe. I'm glad that my friends Liked it and that's why I'm also very excited to share this recipe as my #cooking-lesson no. 12 to all of you.

Sauteed Cucumber, Fried Tofu and Sausage whith Sweet Oyster sauce.

I don't know what to call this recipe that's why I created the title according to its Ingridients, well I'm very bad at giving names to my own recipes and I'm having a hard time on naming this one Lol, so If you have any idea on what's a good name for this recipe just drop a message below I will appreciate it.Haha the introduction is getting long and I don't want you to get bored so I think it's time to proceed to my cooking lesson, so let's do this! LOL

Ingridients:

  • Sausage 250g
  • fried soft tofu 300g
  • cucumber mediun size 2pcs
  • sliced onion 1pc
  • oyster sauce 5 spoons
  • sugar 4 spoons
  • chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • MSG 1/4 teaspoon
  • cooking oil
  • cornstarch


Procedure:

Fried soft tofu

First we need to fry the soft tofu, In frying the tofu we need slice it first in cube shape bite size then coat the tofu with cornstarch and fry it on a fry pan until the color became golden brown then drain the oil on tofu using a strainer.

20191201_023209.gifthen after preparing the fried tofu let's proceed to the main recipe, First preheat the pan(medium heat) with 4 spoons cooking oil then put 3 cloves choped garlic, 1 pc sliced onion and cucumber together in the pan then saute it for 1 minute.

20191127_180417.jpg then put 4 spoons of oyster sauce, 3 spoons of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of MSG and mix for 30 seconds.

20191127_180422.jpgthen add the sausage and mix it again for another 1 minute.

20191201_011959.gifthen lastly put the fried tofu and keep on mixing the ingridients until its color became equally the same.

20191201_012504.gifthen at last! my newly invented recipe is done and ready to serve, but I have one problem, I'm having a hard time naming this recipe Lol, so if you have any name idea regarding in this recipe message it below, I will really appreciate it.
