Beetroot cucumber juice
A classic recipe for vegetable fresh. Cucumber gives the juice water, and beets - antioxidants and a rich burgundy color.

Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers;
- 2 beets;
- 1 carrot.
Preparation
Peel the vegetables from the peel, then cut them into small pieces.
Pass cucumber, beets and carrots through the juicer. To the ready-made
juice, you can add a few drops of lemon juice. If you want more
freshness, carrots can be replaced with an apple.
