Yup! More bread! And my recipe . ...

What's better than homemade bread? Nothing!

It's taken me forever to perfect this, my bread tastes like wonder bread, and I'm giving up my recipe , this makes enough for 2....enjoy!

1tsp yeast
1/8 cup sugar
3/4 cups warm water (more may be needed, add by teaspoons)
1/8 cup soft butter or oil
2 cups flour
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons gluten flour (optional )

Mix, let rise, cook on greased pan at 350 for 20-30 min.....

I use this batch to make 6 hamburger buns, or one loaf as pictured !
