Avocado Fish Salad with Cheese

Ingredients

• 300 g of white sea fish fillet;
• 150 ml of 20% cream;
• 50 g grated parmesan or other hard cheese ;
• salt and ground black pepper - to taste.
• a small bunch of dill and parsley;
• 1 avocado;
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  
  

Cooking

Cut the fillet length ways into large strips. Put it in boiling salted water and cook on low heat for 7 minutes. Remove the finished fish from the pan with a slotted spoon, put it on a plate and cool.

While the fish is boiling, prepare the sauce. Bring the cream to a boil, add the grated Parmesan and continue to cook for 4 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Add finely chopped greens, salt and pepper and remove the sauce from the heat.

Put fish and thin slices of peeled avocado, pre-sprinkled with lemon juice, in a salad bowl. Pour them over the cooled sauce and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
