2 minute mug cake🌸
I really have a special place in my heart for baking and cooking.
I made mug cake which is really very easy and even it won't take much time.
So if you guys are in a habit to eat a desert after your meal, you should definitely try this out.
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole egg
4 tablespoon of granuated sugar
2 tablespoon of all refined flour
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
METHOD
(you can directly mix in a mug or you can mix in a bowl and pour it in a mug.)
Beat one egg and add sugar to it.
Then add oil.
Sieve the flour and add it to the mixture.
Add cocoa powder and baking powder
Mix it really well.
Microwave it for 2 minutes.
Serve it with your favourite topping (berries, nutella, banana, or even with icing sugar.)

i find it unusual to read about making a cake in the microwave but seeing as how i don't have an oven this actually works out perfectly for me. Easy one! saved
