Sheet pan dinners are very easy and very popular at the moment.

For example, cut up some potatoes, toss with salt and a little oil, spread on a sheet pan and roast in a hot oven for twenty minutes. Then add well-seasoned salmon filets to the pan and roast for a further 10–15 minutes. Serve up with a green salad— delicious. You can vary the veg and protein as long as you pay attention to roasting times.
