It seriously disgusts me how, when in Latin America there is just no such thing as a pot or pan that is not aluminum. I even went to a higher end store in both Panama and Costa Rica and, sorry, nothing but aluminum. I travel with a small cast iron skillet now. Super happy to see someone talking about this.
