Thank you @choogirl. What alternativr ingredients to the cream and cheeses would you used? I’m interested in trying a few versions of it.
Not sure. There are a bunch of recipes for vegan parmesan around which seem to get the thumbs up. Not sure if you can buy one (I don't recall seeing any but it's not something I look for). Cream I'm less sure about.
