No direction of the new crown outbreak.
In July 2020, as many countries raced to Mars, humans are still mired in a new crown.
To date, the number of newly confirmed cases in the world has reached nearly 16 million, resulting in a cumulative death of more than 630,000.
Some countries the first round of the outbreak has not been contained, some countries have ushered in a new wave of rebound. Viruses like waves hit one wave after another, the world, is still in the new crown outbreak "wave tip" above.
In the new crown outbreak "wave" of the people, there is the world's number one power, the United States.
The latest figures show that there have been more than 3.9 million confirmed cases and more than 142,000 deaths in the United States. However, the u.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released a report showing that the actual number of people infected with the new coronavirus in the United States far exceeds the number of official confirmed cases, and the actual number of people infected with the virus in different parts of the United States is two to 13 times higher than the reported number. Even U.S. President Donald Trump has acknowledged that the U.S. outbreak has not reached an inflection point and "will get worse before it gets better."
The number of confirmed cases and deaths followed the United States in a short period of time, rising to the second highest in the world, and brazil.
Data released by the Brazilian Ministry of Health on the 21st showed that the number of confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia in Brazil increased by 4108 cases compared to the previous day, with a cumulative total of 2159654 confirmed cases, 1367 new deaths and a cumulative death of 81,487.
At present, three countries have confirmed more than 1 million cases, in addition to the above-mentioned United States and Brazil, India's cumulative infection case is close to 1.2 million.
The rapid growth in other countries is also worrying: Russia has confirmed more than 780,000 cases, and 54 countries in Africa have all seen new outbreaks, with more than 740,000 confirmed cases.
The front wave has not been, after the wave again! Even more worrying: in some countries that have already curbed the spread of the epidemic, there has been a series of recent rebounds!
In Japan, about 7,000 new infections have been added in the month since June 19, a month after people were allowed to travel freely across the country. The outbreak has rebounded, with the situation in the capital, Tokyo, particularly severe, with the number of hospital admissions increasing threefold in 20 days.
The outbreak rebounded in France, Romania, Israel and so on, even the most stringent prevention and control measures in China, some places have re-emerged the outbreak: in June, Beijing, the new wholesale market gathering outbreak, more than a month later, Xinjiang has another confirmed case of home. Outside the Mainland, Hong Kong has recently seen a third outbreak.
In winter, we look forward to the coming of spring quickly: spring, we look forward to the arrival of summer. The virus at high temperatures is still not gone. What about autumn? Next winter?
The more common perception is that the outbreak is likely to continue into 2021, and a series of phenomena are suggesting that future outbreaks are the norm.
Against the new crown, it is bound to be a long battle. So, what's next, this battle?
In the long run, it must be drugs and vaccines.
Today, the true new crown drug is still out, and vaccine development, considered the "Terminator" of the virus, is still some way from being used by the public, despite progress in some countries.
At this stage, however, many countries, including China, are also exploring more effective response strategies, including rapid start-up emergency response plans, immediate large-scale nucleic acid testing and related sampling testing, and so on.
WHO Chief Scientist Somia Swaminatan has previously noted that laboratory studies have found that the new coronavirus D614G mutation may cause the virus to replicate more quickly, meaning it may increase its transmission. Although experts stress that there is a significant difference between laboratory results and changes in the actual transmission of the virus, scientists have monitored the mutation. But such findings are still a global wake-up call.
Secondly, are there any loopholes in our prevention and control?
The recent global outbreak has rebounded, allowing people to spot "loopholes" that have not been noticed before. For example, the concentration of outbreaks in the slaughtering industry in many countries in Europe and the United States, as well as the outbreak in June at The Wholesale Market in Beijing's New Origin, have drawn attention to once-neglected cold-chain transportation.
In addition, how many asymptomatic infections are there?
This will be an answer that will never be known.
When life coexists with viruses, don't be pessimistic. Looking back on history, no virus can defeat humanity, this time, nor will it!
I hope you can do a good job of protection, healthy life !!!
Its amazing how this virus has taken complete control of our planet. Great post keep up the good work.
Life and the environment.
