It was fair use, it was transformative, YouTube violated my 5th and 6th amendment rights as an American, YouTube terminated my channel months after Trump won the election in 2016 making it political, YouTube didn't let me take NBC and other big companies to court over the fair use content, YouTube didn't let me appeal my Google account meaning my Gmail email, YouTube didn't give me access to Google Takeout to download my data including mostly home videos, we are talking around 4,000 videos and most of them were personal home videos YouTube stole from me, I hope people sue the Hell out of YouTube over this

YouTube said they would NOT restore two of my channels but then they did because they were wrong and I was right; likewise, YouTube is also wrong about this third channel as well; it only took me roughly six years to get YouTube to restore those other two channels; I wonder if it will take another six years to get back this third channel; we all know I'm right and YouTube is wrong; for around six years YouTube would lie to me saying they would never restore those two other channels but then they did in 2023 and 2024 as I've mentioned in articles, videos, tweets or posts on Twitter X and on all over the Internet; YouTube must take me to court; Google must have a trial; YouTube should sue me for wrongfully stealing my videos; YouTube is wrong about this third channel just like YouTube was wrong about my other two channels which YouTube said they wouldn't restore but then YouTube did finally restore those two channels which are the same as this third channel which all three of these channels on YouTube were accused of copyright infringement which was not totally accurate as you can see YouTube restored two of those three channels and there is no reason why YouTube should not either restore this third channel or suspend those two other channels because all three channels are the same and YouTube is not being consistent or fair or legal or logical about all of this and we all know this

YouTube suspended me over my transformative fair use reaction videos, it only took YouTube roughly eight years to finally get around to banning me without letting me take Rihanna (IFPI), Kanye West (IFPI) and NicoleGTV (as seen in this screenshot below) to court

I was not the only person making reaction videos in 2009 and YouTube finally decided to terminate my Ojawall channel in 2017 roughly eight years later which makes no sense as they could have banned me for my videos literally 8 years earlier in 2009 but didn't

I argue my videos were transformative and fair use but YouTube could have at least taken them down instead of suspending my channel over it; some of these videos of mine were simply transformative fair use lip-syncing karaoke-style videos which YouTube had so many of these videos and in which TikTok has even more of these types of videos which TikTok will generally just mute the sound if the audio is not allowed which actually YouTube mutes audio as well meaning YouTube did not have to suspend my channel over this

YouTube already refused to restore two of my channels for roughly six years but then YouTube restored those two channels in 2023 and 2024 and YouTube should also restore this third channel as well and we all know it; I was not given an opportunity to actually take these artists or companies to court to have trials or at the very least YouTube could have deleted those videos or muted the sound even as those videos were transformative and fair-use

I am the channel owner, YouTube waited eight years to ban me in 2017, YouTube could have muted or removed the videos in question, even tho I started uploading my transformative fair-use karaoke-style lip-sync reaction videos in 2009, YouTube waited eight years before they suspended my channel, YouTube also banned my other two channels but then they restored those two channels and all three of my channels are the same meaning YouTube should either ban or restore all three of my channels but instead YouTube only restored two of those three channels. 1/ YouTube is lying to me in my emails, YouTube said they need to be contacted by the owner and yet I am the owner.
