lol, the real estate market is hot right now especially in my area, instead of getting robo calls everyday I get investors calling, texting and sending cards and letters at least four, five times a week, sometimes multiple one's in a day. Just a strange different trend on things. Of course they all want you to practically give them the place. No thanks.
