I don't think "Conspiracy theory" really applies to (ii) unless you want to call the Senator's killing of Julius Ceasar a "conspiracy theory" or the Iraq war a "conspiracy theory".

A conspiracy is an act that is planned by various people to do something illegal.

The deployment of 5G is a fact.

As for the origin of the Wuhan virus, the nearest cave with that kind of virus is 900 km away from Wuhan.
