Since not all people in the world have been tested, the number of cases will never show the truth. So actually, the case is much more than we expected. While this is calculating the rate, it increases the value in our denominator and decreases our rate. Although the number of people who lost their lives due to Covid-19 is precise and clear, the rate will be less than what actually appears in the table, as the number of cases will be higher.
