People Pretending to be CPS Workers to Kidnap Children

Child "Protective" Service Procurement Syndicate workers often expect parents to let them in on claims of needing to investigate a claim against them. They often demand to be let in, despite not having a warrant, or even showing their badges. And some parents let them in because they don't know their rights. Some even lose their children when they did nothing wrong.

It's a scary thing to have someone come to your home and question your parenting abilities, with the threat of taking your child away. Anyone can pull off the same routine even if they don't have the delegated "authority" to investigate claims of child abuse. And some kidnappers, likely involved in sex trafficking, are doing just this.

CPS workers come along and knock on doors, and expect parents to let them in because they have the "authority" to do so. Some parents don't know they can refuse, thinking they need to obey the state employees "Authority". Some parents don't think that way, but know they have nothing to hide and that if they just show the "honest" "caring" CPS worker that there is no merit to the claim against them, then the social worker will leave and the case will be closed. Some parents don't know their 4th Amendment rights to require a court ordered warrant to enter a home.

This naivety can lead to parents losing their children to the state, 'legally' kidnapped by the state. But worse yet and more terrifying, is that it can also lead to non-state 'illegally' kidnappings where a parent won't ever have the chance to see their child ever again. Anyone can pose as anyone else and make claims of "authority".

This actually happens. And recently in New York, as describe din a Facebook post by Ashley Bradley. CafeMom wrote about the incident:

Ashley Bradley had just put her little boy down for a nap on Wednesday afternoon when there was an unexpected knock at her door. The mom from New York wasn’t expecting any visitors, which is why the woman on her doorstep caught her off guard.

But when she opened the door, this stranger announced that she was from Child Protective Services and was there to take Bradley’s 9-month-old son away.

Ashley was lucky that she knew some of her rights and didn't let herself get duped. She recounts her reaction at the time:

At first I was so mad and hurt I wasn’t thinking right but then I realized that she 1. Didn’t have a state issued badge, 2. My son’s name was spelled wrong on the folder she had in her hand and 3. I have no cps cases so they would not have been coming to my house.

After asking for the impersonators identity, the woman refused and bolted after Ashley called the police.

"Authorized" kidnappers from the state sometimes show up with police, and parents are more helpless to withstand the onslaught of authoritarianism trying to get into the house and justify taking children. Sometimes CPS workers also have misspelled names or have their badges covered to not identity themselves. The same with police who want to do harassment and cover their badges to prevent from being identified.

Other cases of attempted kidnapping by impersonating CPS workers has bee documented. Local news media has covered some stories.

In Dover, Delaware, police were searching for 3 people that are accused of posing as caseworkers from the CPS. A woman reported that the tree tried to gain access to her home under the guise of checking on her children. In Texas, a stranger tried to get a father to hand over his 3 children while pretending to be a CPS worker. He was armed and kept his family safe. Another in Milton, Pennsylvania had police looking for a woman who tried to go into a woman's home and take her child without explanation. She left after being asked to provide identification.

Criminal activity is done by both state-approved "authorities" and non-state sanctioned criminals. It's messed up that kidnapping can be justified in our current way of living, while others are chased down for their immorality.

It doesn't matter if a parent has done nothing wrong. Parents lose their children to made up, false and vendetta claims filed against them which CPS goes to report. Only 17% of allegations against parents are substantiated, but that doesn't matter at the time. Many CPS workers are already convinced the parent has done something wrong, and are merely looking for a way in to find anything they can to legitimize a case against parents and justify kidnapping children.

A large portion of children rescued from the child sex trafficking industry come from the corrupted foster "care" system, often placed there due to the Child Procurement Syndicate that kidnaps children and puts them in the hands of abusers and pedophiles. "Authorized" state-sanctioned CPS worker shouldn't have the right to take children away form loving parents and ruin lives, inflicting trauma onto families that just want to be together.

Kidnapping is a state run business nowadays. Don't let your children get taken by any kidnappers. Know your rights and don't let people into your home to "check" on your children. The person knocking on your door isn't Jesus.
