Crash or Correction?

So exactly when do we call it a crash and not a correction? Some people insist on not calling it a crash even after depleting around 200 billion in market cap. But for a smart trader it really does not matter what the world calls it. He sees it as a golden opportunity to buy more and make his position and portfolio even more stronger.
