My Global Twist : Egg and Veggie Open Toast
To give this very simple breakfast a global feel, I turned it into an open-face toast, inspired by Western-style brunch. Take with orange juice.
Simple Global Ingredients Added:
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced cucumber
A tiny sprinkle of black pepper
Toasted bread instead of plain.
Onions.
How did the new version taste or look compared to the original?
Well, I feel that my answers here are straightforward and direct.
