How are you all, I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well. Today I came here to make a new post. But today I am going to participate in a competition. Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Local Taste, Global Twist!" This subject seems very good to me. Actually, breakfast is a matter of taste. Actually, when we make breakfast, it feels more special and better. Here I have made a special breakfast of egg bread. Which is very amazing and delicious to eat. Here I have used a few more ingredients which have made this breakfast a little more beautiful and amazing. And these were also very fun to eat. I myself also like to eat such breakfasts. I hope you will like my recipe today.

Details :
First, I chopped the onion and coriander leaves in a bowl and mixed them well.
Then I added chopped green chilies and magic spices. I also added salt. I mixed all these together well.
Then I broke two eggs into it. Then I mixed everything well with the eggs.
Then I put a frying pan on the stove. Then I put some oil in it. Then I dipped a piece of bread in the egg mixture and then put it in the frying pan.
I gave them a few loaves of bread. I'll take them well.
Then I fried them upside down. When they were fried, I took them off the stove.

I have used the basic ingredients of Western breakfast to give this breakfast a new look. Here I have used eggs and bread. Which are common ingredients used in breakfast all over the world. This road can be shown as a local one. Also, I have used some ingredients like green chili, coriander leaves, chopped onion etc. which have created a beautiful combination of taste and ingredients. This can be a perfect recipe for breakfast. And I like it a lot for myself. Moreover, I think such a recipe as a breakfast makes a perfect combination. And we can enjoy a very good breakfast.
• How did the new version taste or look compared to the original? |

I would say that the new version tastes much fresher and has a much better flavor than the previous version. Especially here, I added onion, green chili and coriander leaves, it gave it a very nice light aroma and its freshness was very different. Moreover, the recipe looked much more beautiful than before. Here again, it looked much more beautiful and colorful than just the egg bread recipe. It also looked like a completely different type of new breakfast. Moreover, there was a nice touch of fresh greenery here. Due to which the recipe became even more extraordinary.
• What inspired your creativity in this dish? |

I tried to inspire my creativity in this dish quickly. This breakfast is simple but unique in taste. Especially the onion, green chilli and coriander leaves in this recipe helped to make the egg bread more interesting. The taste of this recipe has increased due to the use of these fresh ingredients. That is why I think it has created a little novelty in everyday food which was much more fun and enjoyable to eat. I think my creativity was born from the desire to make something quick, easy and different in taste. This breakfast recipe of mine has made a simple breakfast extraordinary.
