Days out with the Family!

The weather in Derbyshire, UK is so hot at the moment and we're experiencing an incredible heat wave.
Today's top temp was 37c, with the South of the UK being even warmer.

Luckily for us, our car has had an Air Con re-gas so it's nice and cold.

So, I broke up from school yesterday until the 2nd September and enjoyed my first day off with my wonderful children.
We went to one of our most favourite places, Hall Leys Park in Matlock.

It's now 8:30pm and a sultry 33c!

Lastly, as you all know, I love running and even tried to go this morning!
What a stupid idea that was.
I sacked it off and turned back home at 2 miles and put it down to a hard lesson learnt.
