That is a real good set of knives you have there..
I went to Hotel School and one part of my semester was in Culinary and we had to buy a whole kitchen set from France. Till today, I still have at least 3 out of the entire set..

I think in life, we're being chopped either by a real knife or words and actions that is just as sharp :(
