Its very fast and easy, just fry your sliced or chopped garlic ( 2 or 3 Large cloves ) in Olive Oil add a large amount of the Swiss Chard like in the photos as it will wilt , and cook down a lot while cooking, put a lid on and keep stirring it down of flipping it with Tongs untill cooked like in the photo!
