Wow! The Accra beans is called “Akara” here in Nigeria and the preparation process is exactly the same with ours. I like your method of preparation and the final twist looks great 😊

Cameroon shares some common meals with Nigeria though with different process of preparation but similar taste. Accra beans and eru are typical of those meals similar to Akara and utazi in Nigeria. I’m glad you like my global twist of the local taste.
